During a construction project, when a quantity dispute arises between parties, we perform expert analysis to identify the cause of the issue or issues.

• Review all data to determine where discrepancies exist; i.e. the discrepancy in the survey control network vs. the construction control network
• Analyze mapping techniques utilized to create base mapping data
• Analyze the design process used to create the quantities computations
• Create a forensic report identifying the actual cause of the discrepancy
